Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tempo di rivolta n.3 by Emilio Scanavino was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in June 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 30,000.00 – 40,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 32,000.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Emilio Scanavino have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work IL TRIONFO DELLA MORTE in June 2018 with an auction result of EUR 140,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Tempo di rivolta n.3 von Emilio Scanavino wurde im Juni 2019 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 32.000,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emilio Scanavino auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit IL TRIONFO DELLA MORTE im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 140.000,00.
