Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La montagna by Emilio Scanavino was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in December 2020. It changed hands for a price of EUR 28,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Emilio Scanavino have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work IL TRIONFO DELLA MORTE in June 2018 with an auction result of EUR 140,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La montagna von Emilio Scanavino wurde im Dezember 2020 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 28.000,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emilio Scanavino auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit IL TRIONFO DELLA MORTE im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 140.000,00.
