Auction result well in line with expectations
The work one leg at a time by Emilio Perez was auctioned at Phillips in New York in February 2018. The price achieved of USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,701.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Emilio Perez - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Blow The Horn One More Time, which sold at auction in June 2015 for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 26,437.26).
