This artwork by Emilio Borsa achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in June this year. In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Lago di Pusiano sold for EUR 2,200.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Emilio Borsa - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Campagna monzese, which sold at auction in November 2015 for EUR 5,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 83 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Emilio Borsa erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wurde die Arbeit Lago di Pusiano für EUR 2.200,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Emilio Borsa mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Campagna monzese beobachtet, die im November 2015 für EUR 5.000,00 versteigert wurde.
