Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Girl with apples and her cat by Emil Pap was sold in the PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS auction at Christies in Amsterdam in July 2003. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,400.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,434.00. Admittedly, works by Emil Pap have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Two Ladies Relaxing In An Interior in October 2000 with an auction result of GBP 5,640.00 (€ 9,640.37).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Girl with apples and her cat von Emil Pap wurde im Juli 2003 in der Auktion PICTURES, WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.400,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.434,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emil Pap auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Two Ladies Relaxing In An Interior im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.640,00 (€ 9.640,37).
