A top price for Émile Larcher - as previously expected
The work La Moissonneuse by Émile Larcher was auctioned at Sothebys in Olympia in November 2006. The price achieved of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,455.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, La Moissonneuse is the most expensive artwork by Émile Larcher that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit La Moissonneuse von Émile Larcher kam im November 2006 bei Sothebys in Olympia zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.455,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist La Moissonneuse das teuerste Kunstwerk von Émile Larcher, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
