Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Landskap med hus, Skåne by Emil Johanson-Thor for SEK 1,200.00 (€ 123.69). This price was achieved in the auction Lilla Bukowskis S191 at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 2,000.00 – 2,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emil Johanson-Thor achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Vinterdag vid ödekyrkan, Hven" (Winter's day by the deserted church, Hven) in June 2012 with an auction result of SEK 22,000.00 (€ 2,511.21).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Landskap med hus, Skåne von Emil Johanson-Thor für SEK 1.200,00 (€ 123,69) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S191 bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 2.000,00 – 2.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emil Johanson-Thor erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Vinterdag vid ödekyrkan, Hven" (Winter's day by the deserted church, Hven) im Juni 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 22.000,00 (€ 2.511,21).
