However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Emeric Essex Vidal - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work H.M.Ship Ganges.- and Thetis off Rio de Janeiro, which sold at auction in September 2011 for GBP 10,625.00 (€ 12,343.30).
