Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Seascape with sailingships in looming weather by Emanuel Larsen was sold in the Paintings, furniture and varia auction at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year. The price achieved of DKK 17,000.00 (€ 2,282.23) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as DKK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Emanuel Larsen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work “Amerikansk fregat i Marseilles havn” in September this year with an auction result of DKK 75,000.00 (€ 10,055.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Seascape with sailingships in looming weather von Emanuel Larsen wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von DKK 17.000,00 (€ 2.282,23) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit DKK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emanuel Larsen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit “Amerikansk fregat i Marseilles havn” im September diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 75.000,00 (€ 10.055,27).
