The result of DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.37) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emanuel Larsen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work “Amerikansk fregat i Marseilles havn” in September this year with an auction result of DKK 75,000.00 (€ 10,055.27).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit A coastal scene with a moored dinghy von Emanuel Larsen wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,37) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emanuel Larsen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit “Amerikansk fregat i Marseilles havn” im September diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 75.000,00 (€ 10.055,27).
