Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2014 Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art 2, which included the work Composition - 1956 by Jan Elvire. The price achieved of EUR 4,940.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Jan Elvire have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2021 the work Ensemble De 6 Oeuvres - 1953-60 was auctioned for EUR 9,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art 2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition - 1956 von Jan Elvire zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.940,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Jan Elvire konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2021 die Arbeit Ensemble De 6 Oeuvres - 1953-60 für EUR 9.750,00 versteigert.
