Here, the upper estimate of GBP 500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 528.75 (€ 759.84). Admittedly, works by Elizabeth Mary Watt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Fairy Tale In The Forest in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 3,125.00 (€ 3,975.14).
