Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2009 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Autumn Classic sale, which included the work Porträtt av Riksantikvarien Hans Olof Hildebrand by Elisabeth Warling. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00, the actual price achieved of SEK 15,500.00 (€ 1,478.26) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Elisabeth Warling achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Scenes from Kungsträdgården (3) in December 2013 with an auction result of SEK 155,000.00 (€ 17,503.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2009 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Autumn Classic sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Porträtt av Riksantikvarien Hans Olof Hildebrand von Elisabeth Warling zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von SEK 15.500,00 (€ 1.478,26) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Elisabeth Warling erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Scenes from Kungsträdgården (3) im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 155.000,00 (€ 17.503,45).
