Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Elias Martin could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Classic Sale auction, the work Landscape with a house and cattles changed hands for SEK 3,000.00 (€ 327.61) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 4,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Elias Martin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vue de la Seine et du Louvre, prise depuis le Vert Galant, sous le Pont Neuf in April 2012 with an auction result of EUR 27,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Elias Martin konnte im Juni 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Classic Sale wechselte die Arbeit Landscape with a house and cattles für SEK 3.000,00 (€ 327,61) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 4.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Elias Martin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vue de la Seine et du Louvre, prise depuis le Vert Galant, sous le Pont Neuf im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.400,00.
