Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Interiör med en kvinna läsande en bok by Elias Martin for SEK 2,500.00 (€ 291.22). This price was achieved in the auction Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 4,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Elias Martin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vue de la Seine et du Louvre, prise depuis le Vert Galant, sous le Pont Neuf in April 2012 with an auction result of EUR 27,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Interiör med en kvinna läsande en bok von Elias Martin für SEK 2.500,00 (€ 291,22) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 4.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Elias Martin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vue de la Seine et du Louvre, prise depuis le Vert Galant, sous le Pont Neuf im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.400,00.
