The work The Bathers by Ekaterina Kachura-Falileeva was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in November 2018. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 16,919.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Bathers is the most expensive artwork by Ekaterina Kachura-Falileeva that we have observed at auctions so far.
