Despite a disappointment, a good price for Eino Ruutsalo
When the work "Anti Plants". by Eino Ruutsalo was auctioned at Bukowski in Helsinki in November 2013, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 1,100.00. Despite this disappointing result, "Anti Plants". is the most expensive artwork by Eino Ruutsalo that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Eino Ruutsalo
Als die Arbeit "Anti Plants". von Eino Ruutsalo im November 2013 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 1.100,00 den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Anti Plants". das teuerste Kunstwerk von Eino Ruutsalo, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
