It achieved a price of AUD 6,000.00 (€ 3,587.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Edward Roper achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Goldfields Of Australia, Ararat in February 2019 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 37,912.38).
