Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work From Lofoten by Edward Hald for SEK 6,000.00 (€ 643.88). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Edward Hald achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Girls Playing Ball, Vase And Underplate in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 33,600.00 (€ 49,860.71).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit From Lofoten von Edward Hald für SEK 6.000,00 (€ 643,88) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Edward Hald erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Girls Playing Ball, Vase And Underplate im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 33.600,00 (€ 49.860,71).
