Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Eucalyptus Blossoms by Edouard Vysekal was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November last year. It changed hands for a price of USD 9,562.50 (€ 9,263.30) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Edouard Vysekal - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Eucalyptus Blossoms, which sold at auction in June 2002 for USD 26,290.00 (€ 26,674.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Eucalyptus Blossoms von Edouard Vysekal kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 9.562,50 (€ 9.263,30) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Edouard Vysekal mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Eucalyptus Blossoms beobachtet, die im Juni 2002 für USD 26.290,00 (€ 26.674,11) versteigert wurde.
