In October 2000 Christies in New York held the auction American Paintings and Sculpture, which included the work Untitled (No. 255) by Ed Garman. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 15,275.00 (€ 18,000.24). With this result, Untitled (No. 255) is even the most expensive work of art by Ed Garman that we have observed at auctions so far.
