Admittedly, works by Earl Kerkam have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Self-Portrait (Cubist) in August this year with an auction result of USD 3,840.00 (€ 3,542.76).

Die Arbeit Untitled (Seated Figure) von Earl Kerkam kam im Juni 2011 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 750,00 (€ 516,42) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Earl Kerkam auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Self-Portrait (Cubist) im August diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.840,00 (€ 3.542,76).
