This artwork by Dran achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in November 2021. In the Urban & Pop Contemporary auction, the work Free Speech - 2009 sold for EUR 2,340.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dran achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ciao in May this year with an auction result of EUR 94,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Dran erzielte im November 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary wurde die Arbeit Free Speech - 2009 für EUR 2.340,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dran erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ciao im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 94.500,00.
