In the British and Continental Pictures auction, the work An Arab market scene changed hands for GBP 240.00 (€ 346.69) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Donald Henry Floyd - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work In The Heart of Connemara, which sold at auction in May 2005 for GBP 780.00 (€ 1,151.52).
