In July 2009 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work 'I think Scotsmen make such good gardeners'; 'Ah Higgins, I'm afraid I shan't meet you in heaven - why blesh my shoal, Parson, what 'ave you been up to now?' (illustrated); and '- Well, Dear, I wouldn't say that I'd run after men, though I may have w by Donald Fraser Gould McGill. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,187.50 (€ 1,347.46) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00.
