Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2007 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Sale, which included the work Desnudo con flores by Domingo Ravenet. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 30,000.00 – 40,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 31,200.00 (€ 23,076.92) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Domingo Ravenet have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2007 the work Desnudo was auctioned for USD 51,400.00 (€ 34,994.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2007 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Desnudo con flores von Domingo Ravenet zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 31.200,00 (€ 23.076,92) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Domingo Ravenet konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2007 die Arbeit Desnudo für USD 51.400,00 (€ 34.994,55) versteigert.
