This artwork by Domenico Bossi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2010. In the Autumn Classic Sale auction, the work Young woman in fur-lined dress sold for SEK 19,000.00 (€ 2,117.79) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Domenico Bossi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Duke Adam of Württemberg (1792-1847), In Red Coat With Gold-Embroidered Red Facings, Gold Tassels And Buttons, Fur Collar And Dark Cravat, Wearing The Breast-Star of The Royal Württemberg Order of The Golden Eagle in July 2005 with an auction result of GBP 19,200.00 (€ 27,849.42).
