Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life with Scroll, Bottle and Three Feathers by Dmitri Krasnopevtsev was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection auction at Sothebys in London in December 2021. The price achieved of GBP 44,100.00 (€ 52,602.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dmitri Krasnopevtsev - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 122,900.00 (€ 172,091.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Still Life with Scroll, Bottle and Three Feathers von Dmitri Krasnopevtsev wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 44.100,00 (€ 52.602,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Dmitri Krasnopevtsev mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 122.900,00 (€ 172.091,80) versteigert wurde.
