Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life with Flower Pots by Dmitri Krasnopevtsev was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection auction at Sothebys in London in December 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 56,700.00 (€ 67,631.21) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dmitri Krasnopevtsev - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 122,900.00 (€ 172,091.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Still Life with Flower Pots von Dmitri Krasnopevtsev wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 56.700,00 (€ 67.631,21) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dmitri Krasnopevtsev mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 122.900,00 (€ 172.091,80) versteigert wurde.
