Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2005 a collector was able to acquire the work An Italianate Landscape With A Fortified Villa by Dirk Dalens III for EUR 1,440.00. This price was achieved in the auction OLD MASTER PICTURES AND DRAWINGS at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dirk Dalens III achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A winter landscape, with figures skating on a frozen river in December 2020 with an auction result of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 23,738.14).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2005 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit An Italianate Landscape With A Fortified Villa von Dirk Dalens III für EUR 1.440,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion OLD MASTER PICTURES AND DRAWINGS bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dirk Dalens III erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A winter landscape, with figures skating on a frozen river im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 23.738,14).
