This artwork by Dinh Minh achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Paris in April last year. In the Indochine auction, the work Under the storm sold for EUR 2,772.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dinh Minh - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Village scene in Northern Vietnam, which sold at auction in April last year for EUR 5,670.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 85 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Dinh Minh erzielte im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Indochine wurde die Arbeit Under the storm für EUR 2.772,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dinh Minh mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Village scene in Northern Vietnam beobachtet, die im April letzten Jahres für EUR 5.670,00 versteigert wurde.
