A top price for Dimos Braessas - as previously expected
The work Greek Mountain Village by Dimos Braessas was sold in the The Greek Sale auction at Sothebys in London in April 2008. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 6,374.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Greek Mountain Village is the most expensive artwork by Dimos Braessas that we have observed at auctions so far.
