Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,968.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicolas-Didier Boguet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Arcadian Landscape With Shepherds Playing Pipes, Resting On The Banks Of A Stream, With Mountains Beyond in February 2018 with an auction result of USD 75,000.00 (€ 61,420.03).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Personnage au bord du lac de Nemi von Nicolas-Didier Boguet kam im März diesen Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.968,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicolas-Didier Boguet erzielen.
