Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Narnia, South Africa, 2019 by David Yarrow was auctioned at Christies in Paris in June 2021. It changed hands for a price of EUR 13,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by David Yarrow have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Amboseli Kenya in April 2019 with an auction result of USD 106,250.00 (€ 94,857.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Narnia, South Africa, 2019 von David Yarrow kam im Juni 2021 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 13.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Yarrow auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Amboseli Kenya im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 106.250,00 (€ 94.857,60).
