Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by David O'Kane achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in Cologne in June 2020. In the SØR Rusche Collection - Faces | ONLINE ONLY auction, the work "i". sold for EUR 1,417.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 700.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by David O'Kane; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Stills (Carol Anne)" sold at auction in October 2020 with the realized price of EUR 2,231.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von David O'Kane erzielte im Juni 2020 bei VAN HAM in Köln einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion SØR Rusche Collection - Faces | ONLINE ONLY wurde die Arbeit "i". für EUR 1.417,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von David O'Kane; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Stills (Carol Anne)" im Oktober 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 2.231,00.
