A top price for David Brits - as previously expected
The work Tree Uit (South African Defence Force Facebook Series), 2022 by David Brits was sold in the African Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in November last year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 787.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Tree Uit (South African Defence Force Facebook Series), 2022 is the most expensive artwork by David Brits that we have observed at auctions so far.
