It achieved a price of GBP 11,970.00 (€ 13,948.16), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Bomberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Church Of The Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem in November 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,224,900.00 (€ 1,744,688.09).

Die Arbeit Ronda Bridge, The Tajo von David Bomberg kam im Juni 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 11.970,00 (€ 13.948,16) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Bomberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Church Of The Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.224.900,00 (€ 1.744.688,09).
