In October 2021 Christies in London held the auction Modern British and Irish Art Day Sale, which included the work Flowers in a Vase by David Bomberg. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 81,250.00 (€ 96,259.31), 63% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Bomberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Church Of The Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem in November 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,224,900.00 (€ 1,744,688.09).

Im Oktober 2021 führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern British and Irish Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flowers in a Vase von David Bomberg zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 96.259,31) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Bomberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Church Of The Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.224.900,00 (€ 1.744.688,09).
