In March last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Trame Avec Jaune - 1969 by Darío Pérez-Flores. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 6,298.00 26% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Darío Pérez-Flores - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Prochromatique N! 162 , which sold at auction in September 2018 for USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,057.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Im März letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Trame Avec Jaune - 1969 von Darío Pérez-Flores zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.298,00 und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Darío Pérez-Flores mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Prochromatique N! 162 beobachtet, die im September 2018 für USD 17.500,00 (€ 15.057,65) versteigert wurde.
