It achieved a price of GBP 1,560.00 (€ 2,295.65), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Danny Ferguson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Glasgow Children, which sold at auction in August 2006 for GBP 4,800.00 (€ 7,137.90).

Die Arbeit Still life with Staffordshire figures von Danny Ferguson kam im Mai 2007 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.560,00 (€ 2.295,65) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Für andere Arbeiten von Danny Ferguson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Glasgow Children beobachtet, die im August 2006 für GBP 4.800,00 (€ 7.137,90) versteigert wurde.
