Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2002 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction PICTURES WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS, which included the work Wilde Flora by Cor Van Loenen. The price achieved of EUR 1,880.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,600.00 – 2,500.00. Other works by Cor Van Loenen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2000 the work Zomer - Avondstemming met rose bloeiende papavers was auctioned for NLG 6,436.10 (€ 2,829.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar 2002 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion PICTURES WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit Wilde Flora von Cor Van Loenen zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.880,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.600,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Cor Van Loenen konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juli 2000 die Arbeit Zomer - Avondstemming met rose bloeiende papavers für NLG 6.436,10 (€ 2.829,08) versteigert.
