In September 2018 Christies in Shanghai held the auction FIRST OPEN | Shanghai, which included the work A CIRCULAR INCENSE STAND, XIANGJI by Cola Ma. The price achieved of CNY 96,000.00 (€ 12,026.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 80,000.00 – 120,000.00.
