Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2015 a collector was able to acquire the work Pagliaccio by Cleto Tomba for EUR 200.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 250.00 – 260.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Cleto Tomba - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La passeggiata, which sold at auction in April 2015 for EUR 550.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2015 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Pagliaccio von Cleto Tomba für EUR 200,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 250,00 – 260,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Cleto Tomba mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La passeggiata beobachtet, die im April 2015 für EUR 550,00 versteigert wurde.
