This artwork by Claudio Olivieri achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Milan in April 2008. In the Contemporary Art 1953-2003, A Private Collection auction, the work Soliloquio sold for EUR 11,650.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Claudio Olivieri; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot In auge sold at auction in October 2010 with the realized price of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,619.04).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 94 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Claudio Olivieri erzielte im April 2008 bei Sothebys in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art 1953-2003, A Private Collection wurde die Arbeit Soliloquio für EUR 11.650,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Claudio Olivieri; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit In auge im Oktober 2010 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 18.750,00 (€ 21.619,04).
