LA PRINCIPESSA REALE DI SAVOIA auction, the work Venus and Cupid enthroned among clouds sold for GBP 19,200.00 (€ 28,418.79) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Claudio Francesco Beaumont; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The Family Of Darius Before Alexander sold at auction in July 2019 with the realized price of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 52,151.84).
