Sold at the lower estimate price
In July 2020 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Package by Claudio Bravo. The result of USD 300,000.00 (€ 254,798.71) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Admittedly, works by Claudio Bravo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Red Paper in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 1,385,000.00 (€ 1,259,778.06).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juli 2020 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Package von Claudio Bravo zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 300.000,00 (€ 254.798,71) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 300.000,00 – 500.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Claudio Bravo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Red Paper im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.385.000,00 (€ 1.259.778,06).
