Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction 20th Century Art 1900-1950, which included the work Personnage Assis by Claude Weisbuch. The price achieved of EUR 3,640.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Claude Weisbuch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Personnages De La Comedia Del Arte in June 2007 with an auction result of EUR 24,784.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion 20th Century Art 1900-1950 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Personnage Assis von Claude Weisbuch zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.640,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Claude Weisbuch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Personnages De La Comedia Del Arte im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 24.784,00.
