Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition by Chu Teh-Chun was auctioned at Bonhams in Hong Kong in December last year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 61,200.00 (€ 7,333.93) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 38,000.00 – 68,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Chu Teh-Chun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Harmonie Hivernale in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 229,568,000.00 (€ 24,578,851.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition von Chu Teh-Chun kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 61.200,00 (€ 7.333,93) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 38.000,00 – 68.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Chu Teh-Chun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Harmonie Hivernale im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 229.568.000,00 (€ 24.578.851,54).
