A top price for Chu Teh-Chun
This artwork by Chu Teh-Chun achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. In the Beyond Legends: Modern Art Evening Sale auction, the work Harmonie Hivernale sold for HKD 229,568,000.00 (€ 24,578,851.54) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 120,000,000.00. This high result makes Harmonie Hivernale the most expensive artwork by Chu Teh-Chun that we have observed at auctions so far.
