Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composition en trois parties by Chronis Botsoglou was sold in the The Greek Sale auction at Bonhams in Paris in November this year. The price achieved of EUR 10,240.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Chronis Botsoglou have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Greek Interior in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 30,500.00 (€ 42,707.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composition en trois parties von Chronis Botsoglou wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion The Greek Sale bei Bonhams in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.240,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Chronis Botsoglou auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Greek Interior im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 30.500,00 (€ 42.707,89).
